Expertise

Antoine will be in charge of developing the activity with private equity funds and will reinforce Archery Strategy Consulting’s expertise in M&A transactions (target screening, independent business review, carve-out, strategic and operational due diligence, post-closing value creation plan, post-merger integration, etc.)

Professional experience

Over the course of his career, Antoine has accompanied around sixty M&A transactions, both on the buy and sell side, for investment funds and Corporates. He also has a strong expertise in the Aeronautics / Space / Defense sector, acquired during the numerous projects he has led with the players in the sector. These missions have allowed him to acquire a solid experience in external growth operations, the construction and implementation of development strategies, the reorganization of key corporate functions and the management of major programs.

Education

Antoine is a graduate of HEC and has completed the Entrepreneurs Major. He started his career in London in the Transaction Services department of PwC, which he then joined in Paris. He then worked for LEK and Stratorg before co-founding Kairn, an independent management consulting firm.
