We are delighted to welcome Kevin Bailey as a Partner at Archery Strategy Consulting, to head France’s Private Equity development.

Kevin will help develop the firm’s strategy and M&A work, supporting private equity funds, family offices and corporates across the full transaction lifecycle: from target screening through due diligence to post-merger integration, and creating value throughout the holding period and ahead of a new sale.

With twenty years’ experience, Kevin has led strategy, growth and transaction projects in many sectors: electronics, B2B services, telecommunications, TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) and tech. Much of his industrial work has centred on the components that underpin Archery’s three areas of excellence (Aerospace & Defence, Transport and Energy), such as electronics and manufacturing services.

Before joining Archery, Kevin spent 20 years at Neovian Partners (now Kéa Partners), specialising in strategic and commercial due diligence, M&A strategy and growth strategy. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Canada, he works fluently in French and English.

Kevin’s experience will further develop Archery’s activity in building lasting value for clients across its three strategic industrial sectors, and he will help clients make important decisions on acquisitions and divestments, transformation and growth.
