WHAT WE DO

Since Archery was founded, we have been determined to generate a positive, differentiating impact on our customers, our employees and, more broadly, our ecosystem. To accelerate our commitment, in 2021 we have structured our CSR approach around 5 objectives:
  1. DEVELOP the talents and professional fulfillment of our employees, while supporting team cohesion
  2. CONTRIBUTE to the ecological transition by developing our practices and supporting the transformation of our customers
  3. GENERATE a positive impact on our ecosystem, through solidarity initiatives and responsible purchasing
  4. COMMIT to working alongside our customers over the long term to achieve their objectives
  5. INVOLVEour employees in building the company and share in the value created

Our balance in a challenging profession

Archery is committed to enabling its employees, who are at the very heart of the firm’s value creation and differentiation, to develop in an exciting profession while maintaining their balance over the long term. To achieve this, Archery offers each consultant a personalized career path, notably through innovative, high-level training, a promotion system with no predefined “time-in-grade”, and flexible work organization (telecommuting, support for parenthood, support for personal projects, etc.).

At Archery, it’s important for everyone to be able to develop and contribute to their full potential – every perspective counts. Diversity inspires our choices, fuels our exchanges, and shapes our corporate culture. It’s a deeply held conviction and one of the key factors in our collective success.

OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION

Following the completion of its Bilan Carbone©, Archery has set itself the target of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions in line with the trajectory of the French National Low Carbon Strategy.To reach this target, a series of concrete actions have been taken to reduce CO2 emissions, notably through responsible business travel practices, to limit water and energy consumption to the minimum necessary, and to reduce and recycle the waste generated by the firm’s activities.Archery offers all its employees a program of awareness-raising and skills-building on the challenges of climate change: group workshops (e.g. Fresque du Climat, 2tonnes), round-table discussions with experts and lunchtime debates hosted in-house by Partners and Managers.Finally, Archery works with customers in its sectors to spread understanding of environmental issues and accelerate transformation through the publication of studies.

OUR SOLIDARITY AND RESPONSIBILITY INITIATIVES

Since its creation, Archery has been involved with associations and foundations through a variety of solidarity initiatives. Its commitments are twofold:

  • Time sponsorship on the one hand, through an annual Solidarity Day with an association selected by employees and open to the whole firm (e.g. La Sauge in 2023);
  • Skills sponsorship through the Matrice Cube impact program.

Archery is also proud to consume responsibly and to work with partners who share common values. Archery integrates environmental and social impact into its purchasing criteria for goods and services, in line with the objectives of its Responsible Purchasing Policy.

Archery positions itself as a long-term partner to its customers, working alongside manufacturers to meet their challenges by being factual, straightforward and demanding in its analyses and recommendations.  

Archery strives to develop its business by adopting the fair practices described in its Code of Ethical Conduct. Given the strategic nature of its missions in sovereignty sectors, Archery has integrated a strong culture of confidentiality and information security.

OUR GOVERNANCE ENCOURAGES COLLECTIVE CONSTRUCTION

The firm is run by a large group of partners, each of whom is responsible for a key development theme. At project manager level and above, consultants can be co-opted to become shareholders in Archery Strategy Consulting.

The partners share the firm’s news and strategic directions through monthly group meetings and regular exchanges with CST representatives. They encourage employees to take the initiative by regularly sharing their ideas and desires at company seminars.

Finally, Archery has introduced an attractive profit-sharing scheme for its employees, with the aim of sharing the value created by collective performance.

Coaching of unemployed entrepreneurs with modest background to launch their startup via the 3,2,1 program launched by the Ardian Foundation : ~10 consultants/year mobilized for 4 consecutive years

ENTOUrage

Contribution to the Entourage community which aims at providing a network to those who don’t have it anymore and fighting against isolation by fostering meetups and social bond via an interactive map of solidarity initiatives

louis le grand foundation

Support the deployment of social open-mindedness initiatives of the Louis le Grand Foundation (access to academic excellence, international exposure)

In 2022, we want to go even further! Archery has launched a dedicated workforce «  Climate Initiatives Archery » in May 2021 mobilizing nearly 1/3 of the staff.
