Since its inception, Archery’s consultants have spent time and resources to support several concrete social initiatives.
Coaching of unemployed entrepreneurs with modest background to launch their startup via the 3,2,1 program launched by the Ardian Foundation : ~10 consultants/year mobilized for 4 consecutive years
Contribution to the Entourage community which aims at providing a network to those who don’t have it anymore and fighting against isolation by fostering meetups and social bond via an interactive map of solidarity initiatives
Support the deployment of social open-mindedness initiatives of the Louis le Grand Foundation (access to academic excellence, international exposure)
In 2022, we want to go even further! Archery has launched a dedicated workforce « Climate Initiatives Archery » in May 2021 mobilizing nearly 1/3 of the staff.
Reduction of Archery’s environmental footprint by implementing 10 concrete actions - 2nd wave planned in 2022
Awareness workshop « Climate Fresco » for all employees
