Cyber and Digital Identity Technology

Archery assisted a system provider in the Security sector in the carve-out of an activity. Archery identified the interfaces between the activity and the rest of the business at all levels in an exhaustive approach : business process, functional and IT. Archery elaborated a full carve-out and transition plan shared with the buyer to ensure successful transfer of employees, assets and contracts, as well as the non-event business-as-usual operation of the carved-out activity as of day-1

Aerospace and Defense OEM

Archery has assisted a major Aerospace / Defense contractor with the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) of a €5bn acquisition. Archery helped the customer with the definition of its Integration Plan during the Preparation phase and, after Closing, with the country-by-country implementation of the Integration Plan, with an additional focus on Cost and Revenue Synergies. Archery implemented a multi-level governance articulated around an Integration Management Office in order to steer and monitor integration actions.
