Founded in 2013, Archery Strategy Consulting is an independant strategy consulting firm advising executive leadership teams. We focus on three industrial sectors: aerospace, defence and security; transportation, logistics and mobility; energy and environment. We also work with private equity and infrastructure funds.
Our engagements cover growth strategies and positioning along the value chain, M&A and post-merger integration, capture of major contracts and programmes, industrial ramp-up, turnaround of complex projects, competitiveness and technological differentiation.
Since our creation, we have delivered 550 projects for more than 120 clients, mainly in Europe and North America.
