Archery Strategy Consulting is a strategy consulting firm advising the executive leadership of companies across three industrial sectors: aerospace, defence and security; transportation and logistics (air, rail, public transport, logistics, etc.); and energy (renewables, nuclear, oil and gas, etc.). We also work with private equity and infrastructure funds.

Our engagements focus mainly on growth strategies, M&A, post-merger integration, large project and programme management, repositioning along the value chain, organisation models, performance improvement and cost reduction, and commercial and digital transformation.

Our development builds on two moves made in recent years. In 2020, we opened our first office outside France, in Frankfurt, to serve our clients locally and support them on both sides of the Rhine. In 2021, we set up Archery Data & Analytics, a subsidiary dedicated to data technologies and data organisation, to support our clients’ digital transformation.
