Archery assisted a renewable energies player in defining the strategic roadmap to develop a new technology, from prototyping to market entry (business perspectives, competitive landscape, Segmenting / Targeting / Positioning, target business model, …)

Naval shipyard

Archery supported a Naval shipyard in establishing a development / lobbying strategy to secure critical competences. Due to delays in the design of the platform, a workload gap in critical competences was identified. Archery helped the customer quantify the objectives in terms of additional workload and explored multiple adjacent markets in order to capture sufficient workload to secure critical capabilities. Later, Archery helped with designing the lobbying strategy required at State level to secure additional workload.
