We are pleased to welcome Tristan Thiebaut as a Partner in the Paris office of Archery Strategy Consulting.

Tristan will help develop the firm’s activities in the transport sector (aviation, maritime, infrastructure), supporting public and private players in their strategic direction, their transformation and performance improvement projects, and their sustainable growth initiatives.

With more than twenty years’ experience in strategy and operations consulting for executive management teams, Tristan has notably contributed to setting up strategic roadmaps, developing new multimodal infrastructure and improving operational performance, in connection with major mobility and environmental adaptation challenges, in France and internationally.

A graduate of the École des Arts et Métiers, HEC and the Yale School of Management, he has built a rich career with international consulting firms such as BearingPoint, Accenture and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, after holding operational management positions in air transport, where he led operations and maintenance programmes.

Tristan fully embodies Archery’s positioning on economic, industrial and energy sovereignty. He will help strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of strategic French and European industries, at the crossroads of the firm’s three areas of excellence: Aerospace & Defence, Transport and Energy.
