Grégoire de Belenet has developed a strong expertise in Defense, Space, Nuclear and Logistics industries.
He supported major international groups, medium-sized companies but also Private Equity funds assisting them on multiple strategic and operational topics: growth strategies, M&A and partnerships, large Programs performance, engineering competitiveness, product policy definition, Supply Chain and procurement optimization, operational performance improvement, company transformation plan.
Grégoire de Belenet started his career in Supply Chain Management consulting in 1999 within PEA Consulting, then PRTM Consultants (now part of Strategy&). He joined AREVA in 2007 to create an internal consulting team attached to the Group’s Executive Committee and BU heads, then moved to several large nuclear project direction positions.
He joined the entrepreneurial venture of Archery Strategy Consulting in 2016 to bring his expertise in large program industries.
Grégoire de Belenet graduated from the French “Ecole Polytechnique” and “Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées”. He also holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University.
