Matthias Feix has developed a strong expertise in Transportation (airline, airports, MRO) and Logistics (air, land, sea) sectors. He has been working for 15 years in Europe and Asia with large- and mid-cap players in these industries, assisting them on strategic topics such as Business and IT Strategy, Operational Performance Improvement, Cost Efficiency, Resource Management, Program Recovery, Business and IT transformation. Over the last 5 years, Matthias has been involved in the design and implementation of over 20 Performance Improvement initiatives in the transport and logistics industry. Across all these projects, the focus has been on smart simplification and change management.
Matthias Feix started his career in strategy consulting in 2004 as a consultant within the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was actively involved in BCGs Insurance and IT core groups. After his MBA he decided to work more entrepreneurial and joined the aviation management consulting boutique M2P as a manager in 2009. There he climbed the partnership ladder to the top, becoming Associate Partner in 2013 and Partner in 2017. Matthias left his role as Partner at M2P and head of their Airline and Transformation practice to build and lead the activities of Archery Strategy Consulting in the DACH region as Managing Partner in 2020.
