Bertrand Mouly-Aigrot has developed a strong expertise in the Aerospace & Defense (OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2) and Transportation (public, train, air) industries.
Strategy consultant for more than 15 years now, in London then in Paris, he works with big international groups, innovative MidCaps and Public administrators and regulators, assisting them on different strategic topics: international development, growth levers identification, services, value chain positioning, penetration of new markets, M&A and partnerships, major Programs performance, competitiveness, transformation improvement. He is the author of a study realized in 2016 by Archery Strategy Consulting in partnership with Ecole des Ponts and ETHIC, about the digital transformation of the transportation sector.

Professional experience

Bertrand Mouly-Aigrot started his career in the business consulting in 2002 in the Roland Berger London office. He joined the Paris office in 2004 as Senior Consultant and stayed for 9 years, becoming successively Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Principal, contributing heavily to the development of the practices Aerospace & Defense and Transportation. In 2013, he decided to leave Roland Berger to launch Archery Strategy Consulting with Stephane Albernhe and Corinne Therond-Koos.

Education

Bertrand Mouly-Aigrot graduated from the French “Ecole Polytechnique”. He also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Stanford University.
