Guillaume Hue has developed a strong expertise in Civil Aerospace (OEM, Tier-1), Air Transportation (Airlines, Airports), Shipping and Logistics. He has been working for 15 years with major companies in those fields, multinational Group as well as MidCap players, assisting them on multiple strategic and operational topics: international development, commercial performance, pricing, partnerships and M&A (strategic and operational due diligences), digital transformation, re-organization and Supply Chain Optimization.
Guillaume Hue started his career in 2004 with the Group Paris Aeroport, in Corporate Strategy then in Operations at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. After his MBA, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Washington DC then the CMA CGM Group in Marseilles to support the development of Logisitics activities. In 2016, he joined AlixPartners in Paris to be part of the Aerospace Practice. He joined the entrepreneurial venture of Archery Strategy Consulting beginning of 2020 to bring his expertise in Aerospace, Air Transportation and Logistics.
