Helga Persson

Our Principal Consultant, Helga Persson, is a project contributor with substantial experience in subsea construction projects. She has a diverse and international background, working with many kinds of projects such as construction projects in Russia and strategy and change implementation projects in international organisations. This has given her deep understanding of the various aspects of project efficiency. Helga is also an expert facilitator and learning solutions designer developing innovative approaches to training and workshop delivery. Helga is based in Malmö and is fluent in English, Swedish and Norwegian.
