Johannes Schilling has a large track record in the Aerospace and Security industry. Since more than 10 years he successfully serves OEMs, suppliers and startups in these industries. Johannes’ focus is on program and project management (i.e. starting new programs, optimizing or recovering running ones) as well as operational improvements like lead time or cost reduction or optimizing supply-chain performance. Moreover strategic topics like growth or site strategies in technologically driven companies complete his core expertise.
Johannes shilling started his consulting experience at CYLAD Consulting in 2014, mostly working with multi-national Aerospace and Security clients. Before joining Archery Strategy Consulting, Johannes spend about 2 years as program manger R&D at an international producer of housing equipment. During this time he focused on developing the international R&D footprint and driving component reuse among other topics. Before 2014 Johannes worked as part of the program management team at a aerospace supplier and process engineer at the Chinese site of a European material producer. Since the end of 2022, Johannes is part of the German management team at Archery Germany.
Johannes holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering a master’s degree in responsible management from the Steinbeis Universität, Berlin and an MBA from Plymouth University, England.
