Julien Lamarque-Lacoste focused on key sectors for the energy transition. In that respect, he intervened on the different elments of the value chain of Electrical energy: Decarbonized Production (Nuclear electricity, Renewable energy), Transport and Distribution, Storage (e.g. H2 battery), new use of final consumers (e.g. electrical vehicle, cooling and heating networks).
He supported major international groups, medium-sized companies but also Private Equity and Infrastructure funds on both operational and strategic topics: growth strategy, development strategy, M&A, engineering performance, steering of strategic purchasing, cash optimization…
In complementary ways, he developed a strong experience in Major Programs of Infrastructure Construction, from upstream structuring up to commissioning. He supported the performance improvement through operational and strategic levers for infrastructure managers, system integrators, engineering entities and specialized manufacturer/ installers.
