Stéphane Albernhe has developed a strong expertise in the Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Logistics and Energy sectors.He has been working for 25 years with big players in these industries, with MidCaps and Private Equity funds, assisting them on different topics: growth strategies, differentiation, value chain positioning, M&A, partnerships, innovative collaborative models definition, launch and recovery of major international Programs, product policy definition, Supply Chain and procurement optimization, operational performance improvement, competitiveness improvement, integration post M&A, company global transformation plan. He has been involved in 23 of the majors European and transatlantic industrial programs, for Prime Contractors and Tier-1 / EPC.
Stéphane Albernhe started his career in strategy consulting in 1994 as Analyst, Consultant and then Associate within the Mercer Management Consulting firm (today known as Oliver Wyman). He joined Roland Berger in 1999 as Associate Partner and stayed 13 years. There he climbed the partnership ladder to the top, becoming Managing Partner, General Director of Roland Berger France. He led the Aerospace & Defense world practice and the transportation French practice. In 2012, he decided to leave Roland Berger to then launch in 2013, with Bertrand Mouly-Aigrot and Corinne Therond-Koos, Archery Strategy Consulting, a strategy consulting firm working with Executive level teams.
Stéphane Albernhe graduated from the French “Ecole Nationale Superieure de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace“ (Sup’Aero). He also holds a DEUG in Economic Science from the Toulouse university, an MBA from HEC Paris, and an Executive Program from the Stanford University and IHEDN.
