Arthur Séjor has developed a strong expertise in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
He has been working for 12 years with major OEMs and Tier-1, but also with SMEs, supporting both on strategy/ M&A and operational topics: portfolio review, strategic due diligence (30+ deals), target screening, growth & differentiation strategy, launch and recovery of major Programs (supported 3 programs > €1 bn in defence and energy), engineering competitiveness, product & service policy, global & local transformation plans incl. change management.
Arthur Séjor started his career in strategy consulting in 2010 as an Analyst, then Consultant, within a boutique Consulting firm, mainly working on Strategic Due Diligence and market research & modelling. He joined Archery Strategy Consulting during its 1st year of existence, and moved to Toulouse in 2019 to support the local development of activities. Arthur holds responsibility for Knowledge Management within Archery.
Arthur Séjor graduated from the French “Ecole Nationale Superieure de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace“ (Sup’Aero) with a specialization in Business Engineering (DESIA course) and Logistics (Nanyang Technological University of Singapore).
