Recruiting process description

During the recruitment process, each candidate is evaluated based on objective criteria derived from our competency framework. Depending on your level of experience, the recruitment process will include case studies focused on solving real-world problems, as well as role-playing scenarios and discussions to get to know you better and introduce you to our firm. All our recruiters are trained in fairness and non-discrimination, ensuring equal treatment for all candidates.

How to prepare for the interviews

Our recruiting process for junior positions is a little different from the typical consulting recruitment process.

The “HR interview” part aims at understanding you better and testing your motivations for Archery.

In the “role-playing” part, we want to see how you perform in a professional setting, in tasks that closely resemble what you will be asked to do when you arrive at Archery. So come as you are, no need to prepare for case studies!

In the “reverse interview” part, you are the interviewer! Now is the time to ask all the questions you may have about Archery

Intern at archery

As an intern at Archery, you will be fully integrated to the team. Your responsibilities and expectations will be the same as your fellow analysts, and you will be integrated into the mentorship system

A 6-months internship will allow you to explore multiple sectors and get to work for various clients, giving you a strong range of experience

The learning curve is steep, and we are confident you will grow tremendously during this period
